Hays-Caldwell Women’s Center Breaks Ground to Remodel Facilities for Children’s Advocacy Center

Building hope for the future, Hays-Caldwell Women’s Center supporters joined together recently to break ground for the $1.2 million remodeling project of the former shelter, along with the counseling and resource center on February 28, 2011. When finished, the expansion will support the 25 percent increase in demand for victim services.
