Hays County Courthouse, San Marcos, TX (May 31, 2019) – All Hays County Clerk’s offices will be closed on June 14 for an equipment upgrade. Persons needing e-recording and posting of documents during this time frame should have that information to a Clerk’s office by June 12, as there will be a several-day delay following June 14 before e-recordings and postings can occur.
