Because of the July Fourth holiday, the main office of the County Clerk (in the Hays County Government Center) will close at 4:30 p.m. on Wednesday, July 3, instead of its usual 6 p.m. Wednesday closing time. It will reopen Monday, July 8, at 8 a.m. County offices are closed July 4 and 5.
