Mail ballots are due in the Hays County Elections Office, 712 S. Stagecoach Trail, San Marcos, on Election Day by 7 p.m. If they are mailed, they need to be postmarked by Election Day, November 5. On Election Day ONLY they can be delivered in person to the Elections Office. Questions?
