Hays County Judge Ruben Becerra has signed an Order limiting gatherings in Hays County that begins at 2 a.m. March 18 through 5 p.m. May 14, 2020. This applies to the unincorporated area of Hays County. If a municipality already has an Order that is at least as restrictive, then the municipality’s Order controls that city (Section 4), otherwise the Municipality will follow the County Order. There are a number of exceptions to the Gatherings Order, so please read it carefully to find out how it might affect you.
