Hays County Commissioners Court is accepting public comments by email until further notice in order to comply with the “no more than 10” rule, and to help ensure your safety during the COVID-19 pandemic. Commissioners Court typically meets on Tuesdays at 9 a.m.
Comments must be received by 8:45 a.m. on Tuesdays so that the comments can be organized by staff. As always, please be civil and refrain from inappropriate language.
In your subject line, include:
The words Public Comment then the Date of Court and Agenda Item Number
In the body of the email include:
-Your comment,
-Your name and address, and
-Whether you are representing yourself or the name of the organization you are representing
