The Hotline for Hays County residents to ask questions about COVID-19 — safety practices, symptoms, testing, and quarantining, etc., is for coronavirus- related questions only at 512-393-5525. English- and Spanish-speaking operators are available, but cannot answer questions about the Order, or general questions.
