The Hays County Redistricting Advisory Commission (RAC), the group tasked with exploring and endeavoring to provide advisory input regarding the adjustment of Hays County Precinct boundaries, is in the process of holding work sessions. Following the 2020 Census, a Redistricting Advisory Commission (RAC) was established by the Hays County Commissioners Court. This commission is aided by the County’s Office of General Counsel and by the law firm Allison, Bass & Magee.
