Hays County is hosting an open house to share an updated route for the Dripping Springs Southwest Connection Study. The proposed future roadway would begin at the intersection of RM 150 and RM 12 and extend around the southwest side of Dripping Springs to connect to US 290.
County residents have two options for participation in the open house, virtual or in-person:

At this meeting and online, Hays County will share an updated route for the Dripping Springs Southwest Connection Study, background information, and details about the intersection realignment and roundabout at RM 12 and RM 150.
Community engagement is an important part of this study, which began in late 2020. The process to date has included a virtual open house in the spring of 2021 and more than 40 different meetings with property owners and community groups to gather feedback.
