Notice is hereby given that the Hays County Commissioners Court will hold a public hearing pertaining to the proposed Replat of Lea Acres, Lot 35 to take place on November 17, 2020, at 9 a.m. in the Commissioners’ Courtroom, Hays County Courthouse, 111 E. San Antonio St., San Marcos, TX 78666.

The public hearing is typical protocol in accordance with the Hays County Development Regulations allowing public comment, either pro or con, for the proposed plat. Final consideration for the proposal will be discussed following the public hearing.
