We are required by federal law to protect the privacy of clients’ individually identifiable health information and other personal information and to provide clients with a written notice concerning policies, safeguards and practices. Confidential information will not be disclosed without authorization unless it is necessary to provide for the coordination of healthcare, for billing purposes, or as otherwise required or permitted by law.
