Additionally, Hays County has partnered with the City of San Marcos to provide an on-line bidding process. Hays County offers the general public the opportunity to bid on surplus items via the internet. The Online Auction section will provide information for the viewing date, the closing date, terms and conditions for the on-line auction, and deposit information, if required.
