Sexually Transmitted Infection (STI)

Sexually Transmitted Infections

Mandatory reporters: to report an STI, please print, complete and fax this form to 512-393-5530.

If you are sexually active, Hays County Local Health Department and the U.S. Centers for Disease Control agree it is important to be tested regularly for sexually transmitted infections (STI). Many STI’s do not have symptoms but can still be spread to others and can cause long-term health problems if left untreated.
