ORIGINAL:
The Texas Department of Transportation’s Contractor, Webber, LLC, is scheduled to close the CR 158 at Yarrington Road intersection area to accommodate the construction of the new CR 158 at Yarrington Road intersection as part of the FM 110 North construction project. The road closures will be in effect from 8 p.m. on Friday evening, June 23 to 5 a.m. on Monday morning, June 26. See map of detour. (Click to enlarge.)
Full road closures will be on Yarrington Road at Harris Hill (CR 160), Yarrington Road at Fairview Road, and CR 158 near the San Marcos Sand & Gravel driveways as shown on the accompanying map. The traveling public will be able to utilize the following routes to get to their destinations, also shown on the accompanying map:
• Traffic traveling eastbound on Yarrington from I-35 will utilize Harris Hill Road (CR 160) to get to SH 21
• Traffic on SH 21 will utilize either Harris Hill Road (CR 160) or FM 150 to get to I-35
• Local traffic access will be available from SH 21 to Fairview Road
• Local traffic access will be available from the CR 158/Dru Drive (CR 203) intersection and San Marcos Sand & Gravel driveways on CR 158
Proper signage will be placed in advance of the road closures. Message boards alerting the traveling public to the road closures will be placed at SH 21 and Harris Hill Road (CR 160), SH 21 and Yarrington Road, SH 21 and FM 150, and Yarrington Road and I-35 Northbound Frontage Road. Work requiring road closures is dependent upon favorable weather conditions.
